Hola tengo este timbre V5 pero no puedo ver los vídeos que quedaron guardados me sale que tengo que comprar plan , lo que pasa que se me elimino la cuenta y clave que tenía cuando instale el timbre y nesecito si me pueden ayudar para poder ver los vídeos sin que tenga que comprar planes , estare atenta a su respuesta gracias .

How do you reset it? I pressed the reset button on the back of it but doesn’t reset it flashes red as long as I press it but when I let go it keeps flashing blue

did you try holding the reset button for 7 seconds?

Hi, my v5 doorbell doesn't flash red when I hold it for whatever amount of seconds, + even when I restarted it still flashes blue light,

Hold down two buttons on your doorbell for about 10 seconds: Hold down the reset pin on the back (insert the release tool or paperclip into the hole near the top). At the same time, hold down the big doorbell button on the front.

Hi, thanks for watching! Donyou mean the short clips that are stored in the app when the camera is triggered? When in playback mode you'll see all the short clips recorded. There's a download button there and once downloaden the file can be found in you gallerie for further sharing. Hope this helps. (Subscription will be appreciated 👍)

Hello. It first show me in the mobile app like having 10% charged, after shows me 0% etc.. I think either the soft is full of error or the batery is not yet charged. As I read in the install instruction it can last up to 14 hours the charge of the 3 batteries so I will come after with details. Thank you!

Yess these batteries sometimes have defect. Is battery doesn't hold charge please return to supplier

@@AshvienK oh God, so probably the bateries are defected.... I will test it untill tomorow morning(charged). Do you know, they normally are charged when we buy them? This ones from chinese shop where not charged... She said is normal but ... And is still not charged, I didn t tested it but I will test tomorow morning it shows 0%... But maybe the app or the hardware is defect not showing charge level, I will notice also tomorow.

The batteries might have been sitting ther for a while and could be drained out. App doesn't sync that well with real time battery level. So leave it a full day and test it out.

@@AshvienK Thank you Ash:) We will see, if they don t work I l search tomorow in another city. Maybe better quality. But I have a question.. The Doorbell present itself as having a notification option when the battery get drained off, low level.. What do you think about that? Is it real or just bull**t? Because if you say app doesn't synk well with batery level ...

Hi. Instructions with the doorbell don't advise how to activate the video when the doorbell is pressed. We get a notification on our phone but no opportunity to see and speak to the person who pressed the doorbell. Can anyone help me please?

Hi there Rafferty, Some models don't have the slit for sd card. If yours supports sd card it should be visible on the back
