Bahut hi saandar or saral video thank you Sir direct zener diode se nahi ho sakta tha kya ? Jese mobile charger me kam jada kar sakte hai voltage zener diode se Ya direct 12v zener laga ke hi 12v use le sakte the kya ? Lekin aapki video bahut achhi hoti hai heds off guruji your are zenios 🎉❤❤🎉

Zener diode kabhi heat ho kar short ho jata hai, uss case me poori voltage output par aa jayegi dost, aur aap ka load kharab ho sakta hai...

To increase wattage need to increase secondary wire gauge also. In two pole output, wire turning direction is not relevant, because polarity is always same. Might be i am not sure. Thanks for crystal clear concept. I hv learnt lots of concepts of power supply from your previous videos.

Yes, that's always remain doubtful. In that case you can increase the wire gauge or wind the same wires in parallel mode...❤️👍

Nice video sirji,ek baat puchhni hai sir pahle is supply se 48volt/380ma ki out put milti thi to iske transformer me jo wire use ki hai vo 380ma current to theek se provide kar sakti hai,lekin kyoki ab current 380ma se 1500ma ho jayega to kya transformer ki wire ka gauge change karna hoga ya fir wohi wire chalegi, dhanyawad

Your teaching method is too good I have a question Sometimes power supply output volt is ok but on load mains on voltage drop& fluctuate but without load mains on voltage ok than connet load than on load ok At this condition what we should do and hou to test Dso will help us understand it problem in secondary/ primary section ? क्या कोइ step by step method नहीं है जो हमें 2/3 camponent par dout कराये or fault clear हो जाये Please make a video with dso on this topic

Wonderful video. Just one thing comes to my mind... Without a 12v zener, how this modified smps prevents output voltage go beyond 12v? A normal 12v smps contains a zener... Please explain.

Superb video with good calculation with practical sir🎉 sir mere pass smt primary kharab ho gaya .sec me do output hai ek12v1a &,,2md15v500ma dusre smt per secondary ki ye wire rewind kiya aur 12v1amp se feedback tha pahle waise hi same feedback liya 12v thik but 15v ki jagah me 12v hi bane kya 15v wali wire ,12vwire ka direction same ya opposite hoga . primary ke baad dono secondary parallel me lapete to ya upper niche , ya phir anti direction please tell it details sir

Sir एक जरूरी सवाल है कि अगर mosfet एक से ज्यादा है तब क्या किया जाए circuit कैसा होता है कैसे Repair किया जाए जैसे 13009 के 2 या 12N80 के 2 या ऐसे ही electric vehicle के smps men 68 amps and 600 v के 4 mosfet होते है उनको कैसे समझा जाए और Repair किया जाय... 5L0380 जैसी HIGH AMPS में कौनसी और STR हैं... जैसा आपने एक MODULE बताया 5V से 24V का पर उसके अंदर तो 8 AMPS का ही MOSFET था और आपने उसे 20AMPS में लगाया तो FULL LOAD पर क्या होगा और ज्यादा AMPS के लिए क्या किया जाय जैसे 24V 10AMPS / 20AMPS... ईन सभी सवालों के जवाब जरूर से देना SIR आपकी VIDEOS से काफी अच्छी जानकारी मिली... THANKS एक और सवाल sir की आज कल led bulbs और tubelight में load के अनुसार wattage के अनुसार Volts जो change होते है एक rang में या wattage भी change होती है वो कैसे होती है उनके circuits कैसे होते है और अभी के phones के super fast chargers me 5/9/12/15 volts कैसे adjust होते है अपनेआप...

Kar to sakte hain dost, par overload ki wajah se zener short ho Gaya to poori voltage output par aa jayegi aur aap ka load kharab ho sakta hai ..

@@vccground-hindi sir g ye jo china k battery chargers atay hein 10A, 20A, 30A etc SMPS based hotay hein...kindly unki repairing concepts bhi share kijiyay... isi k sath sath BLDC ceiling fan k jo cards hotay hein unki bhi...q k ajkal yehi items ziada use hotay hein...har dusray banday ko inhi chezo ki zaroorat parhti rehti hy

Sir 2 question hai jo ziner diode apne open Kiya uska value Keya 48 v tha? Aour jo transformer ka wire hai uska gauges kaise calculate Kiya jata ek pura power supply bana ke dekhaiye with details transformer core wire gauges etc

No. That's only required if you are increasing the voltage but not while lowering it ❤️🙂
