Hands down the best overlanding YT channel available, and there are a lot of others that have more subscribers, but there is no comparison to Chris' adventures and photographic skills, plus there is a no BS aspect to this channel, unlike many of the others that are constantly promoting themselves and acting as infomercials.

Dude night hiking can be so much fun. Well not if you get into it by accident and unprepared, but if you are up for it then strolling through the forest in the blackest hours of the night is amazing. I've climbed mountains just for the sunset only to make the hike down in the dark, and I've stayed out snowshoeing until 4am, it's worth it every time. Especially on a full moon night when you can turn all your lights off and still see well enough to stay on trail, you end up spooking up all kinds of critters - or yourself. But that's the fun!

Great place to catch sunrise and sunset by the way. I pretty well grew up on that hill. Oh and don't forget Quidi Vidi Village. And Torbay. And Salmonier Nature Park. And , and , and. Hi Chris, really love your videos, haven't missed one... Honest, I've watched them all. Just wondering if you have ever thought about doing a "behind the scenes" video where you show us how you take your video i.e. the cameras you use, the camera set ups for your drive bys, etc. and piece it together to make your weekly episodes. that would be very interesting! PS you should really think about hooking up with jeep and marketing your own Jeep over lander set up. I know that would take some work and approval from them, but can you imagine the market. I'm sure there are plenty of folks out there that would love a ready to use "kid tested mother approved" lol overland jeep configured like yours.

I've got ~4 year old trucklite headlights as well. Haven't noticed condensation but do have a light flickering, but not dead yet.. I'm wondering if it's the anti-flicker capacitors that are going -- or in your case, gone? Otherwise, these have been great headlights. Also, that extra fuel system you have is pretty slick! Also, you're making me want to plan a trip to Newfoundland & Labrador sooner than later! You've found some great spots out there!
