@Sleaford Recovery are you using KZbin studio? I have Adobe premier pro. I like it. Its similar to final cut which i think is free or cheaper. Still it's time consuming!

Definitely a positive. The spec lifted and it towed your van - all good. At least a clutch isn't too bad to sort.

Progress brilliant to see mate I’ve been looking at that transit If possible I would run both exhausts up the back of the crew cab if you have space Six recaro escort turbo seats Power steering definitely electric set up if no room Would change the bonnet I’ve got a sierra cosworth 4x4 bonnet with vents if you still want to put vents in the transit bonnet There is a lot that can be done to this can’t wait to see what you have in store 👍🏼

Ah thanks mate, some great ideas, i'm currently spending my night editing the next quick video about what to do with the back seats. The bonnet is bugging me, i've looked at vents, intakes etc etc. I've been offered a bonnet from a subscriber but its pretty rusty. I've even thought about adding a huge intake manifold poking out of a hole in the bonnet....blank canvas atm and honestly open to any and all ideas from viewers.

Have the exhaust pipe's got a balance pipe connecting both exhausts together as it won't run properly.?

Hi mate, no they don't have a collector or balance pipe. I plan...when funds allow, to have the full system renewed, preferably with a removable baffle so I can make it more usable and then go full hooligan for showing it off etc. I agree it'll aid the running of it too. I’ve got a vivaro which is essentially the same platform and it has a similar party trick to get out of doing what it doesn’t enjoy! It currently has a dead BCM which has been fun! - anyway great that your spec works, wasn’t sure it would being strapped up.

@@Fighting_Torque oh it definitely gets the old heart pumping that's for sure tbf that would probably be the best thing to do with the old girl now I had a mk1 Bedford cf when I 1st started recovery which had a v6 in it I thought I was the dogs doo dahs With my twin stacks Which looking back looked pathetic but back then it was good But it was very thirsty I was putting £50 min a day...... I'd hate to think what that would drink lol

Needs a hole in bottom of spec tube to weep out the water. I guess the steering was lighter when you got the van lifted.

@@Fighting_Torque 30 odd years ago i used to zinc plate/yellow passivate those spec frames for a company in Fishponds Bristol, i think as cars got bigger and heavier they struggled unless they were attached to a bigger trucks ,,they did a version that had pull out pins rather than the full loop, a handy driver could get in place were there was limited space, like the parking enforcement people

Pps before i go buddy after you fill up with fuel give her a top end over haul and upgrade the cams to rally and super charge her.. and put two stacks as exhausts straight up.. after your attempt at getting rid of that horrendous spray job . Hey its your van .. thank fck .. id have bought a sardines can and put an fzr 1000 engine in it and calked it Rupert. But hey as i say. Im a subscriber wtf do i know your the boss here bud !
