It's always a good idea to watch out for Sandpeople...or in some ways worse, the Jawas. They will pick your vehicle clean in 10 minutes flat! Seriously, though, those sites did look a lot like the places they shot part of Star Wars, excuse me, A New Hope in. A nice find! As usual, a gorgeously shot and edited bit of video. I look forward to your videos every week! Thank you!

Chris, try putting butter on the outside of the bread, before you put them in the clamp and you will likely get a better overall browning to your sandwiches. also as an easy treat, use white bread and a fruit filling and make quick fruit pockets. keep up the amazing journey.

I like being able to keep my eye on my Jeep as well from my hotel room. I even go so far as to ask the employee behind the counter about break-ins or other complaints regarding the parking lot. You can get good info if you ask nicely. It’s my home on wheels, so yes I do worry! Another great video!

I'm a California girl. 10 years ago I wandered the mountains in the Eastern Sierra and Nevada with my 2004 Jeep Wrangler....Copper Orange she was. I was incessant in my wandering...for 15 years...and I miss it. When I first found your videos, I thought I was having a DejaVu. I find great comfort and peace riding along with you in that backcountry. I agree about serendipity. Thank You for sharing.

Chris, this weeks episode was particular poignant for us. My wife Erin sat down next to me as I was finishing the episode and said casually “ Do you think he ever gets lonely?” Without a word, I rewound to the campfire scene and we watched it together. I truly do hope you encounter a beautiful smile during a hike and reach the summit together. Well it might not happen exactly that way, I feel confident it will happen. You are a well-rounded, attractive person with a great lifestyle. Very impressed with how your channel has grown and hope you are saving money for an orange 2023 Hybrid JLU. Proud to continue supporting your Patreon page, hope to see you at EJS!

Loneliness is a reality, however, it's a lot better than being in a situation where you are with someone where you're pleasing them and not following your nature, not pleasing yourself, wait for the one that is like you! ... You know! ... On thinking of it... Thinking of being lonely is the worst part of being lonely! when I was a young man My mother used to tell me you always have yourself! after 25 or so years of accommodating others and considering what has happened to my goals that were dropped along the way, I understand what exactly she meant! I guess each of us has to find those answers for himself or herself! I get caught up in the "what do you want to do ", scenario instead of 'what I want, and do you want to join me'. I usually follow for the happiness of the other person when "for the good of all concerned includes oneself too! I don't think my previous philosophy has been a good personal philosophy... and eventually, it leads to a self traping reality... harder and harder to change! Chris, you are a very wise man in my opinion... keep listening to your own wisdom!

Thanks for sharing, Chris. Just keep living in the moment and enjoying what you’re doing (whatever that may be) and she’ll find you. We enjoy following your adventures but you don’t always have to be in the middle of nowhere. Maybe plan on stopping at some festivals, concerts, etc. this summer. You could even go to a bi-monthly episode posting so you don’t feel so pressured to keep moving to get content.
