It's a really pretty dress 😍. I love all your versions. The latest one has very cheerful Spring-Summer vibes with the lighter colour palette, but I get why you like the navy floral best, it's super stunning! 😍 I have a very similar pattern (not Vogue) which I've chopped around a lot to make it work for my gravity-affected boobage 😕 but I haven't quite perfected the fit yet. I'm going to have another go because I really like the style with the gathering under the bust and the fitted midriff. I just need to get it right! Guess who's going to be cutting up old sheets... 😂 You have absolutely inspired me to keep trying 🙏

I watched the sew along and it was fun to watch all the modifications you made and the finishing techniques you incorporated. I also think the fit is brilliant, as always. I have a love hate relationship with Vogue Patterns. I love the designs, I hate the construction. Most of my sewing experiences with vogue have turned into a dumpster fires. I have given up, and just say no to vogue.

Thank you for watching both, especially if Vogue are in your naughty corner! I find Vogue hit and miss with their sewing instructions. Sometime they are brilliant and sometimes they feel lazy because it was easier to write/show a "quick" way of doing something rather than take time to explain a tricky finishing technique.

I have started the Sew along, but couldn't finish while commuting 😂 Will watch the rest this afternoon when I?m in the train home. This one I watched yesterday and I loved it. You really made me excited for this dress. I think, I will get this pattern at some time. I'm still losing weight, so I'll probably wait another few months so I can buy the smaller size bundles. Can't wait to fit back into the smaller size bundle and be able to use my patterns again :) I digressed ^^' I loved the video and it is really cool that the review is seperate from the sew along :)
