During rainy season the flood reason is because there was no flow of water to go i am also living in the same area on the other building which was on the video... Now govt has made the proper way of canal so that the water will go without flooding in the area this was all because of the people from Dlf garden city people repeatedly requesting the government ppl for it now all the residents in that are are benifited for it.

Regarding housing complexes I witnessed in Amsterdam that the govt. has created acres and acres of land on the Sea Bed (Water) and scientifically opened up bridges and transport facilities in a pucca manner. Hon’ble CM Stalin could easily get ideas from the Dutch govt. for a similar project. Among Tamilians there are millions of qualified degree holders with both Arts as well as Scientific knowledges. A separate dept. Could be opened which can accommodate Crores of people from whom a reasonable Rent as per their status charged. Not only millions could find proper accommodation but millions could find plenty of jobs etc.
