I'm on your channel since you had 3-4 subscribers. As for the timing, I'm following the general idea of decreasing or eliminating overlap at all, especially at the high end load simply because of the back pressure increase. Your dyno calibration is wrong. Claiming that an 2,5liter turbo engine makes over 500 hp at 5,5k rpm before the turbo comes up is very unlikely. If we consider that the engine makes very little boost if any at 5,5k rpm it would only need around 30-40 psi to make the claimed 1400 hp. I also don't think any 2,5 liter engine has made 1400 hp at 7000 rpms, even most fully built K24's need to rev usually 9k - 10k rpms.

Nothing is wrong with my dyno calibration, car has trapped its power prior. Its made 400whp less and went 161mph in quarter. Also your knowledge level is showing currently. K24 engines use alot higher compression (10:5:1 or 11:1 depending on builder) EJ are 8:5:1 on this current engine in the car and it aint making no 1400whp at 30-40psi lol nor is your k24. My awd k20 that was 11:1 compression / precision 7385 on 30psi made 1000whp. I agree that a k series or any honda engine is a more efficient engine thats no doubt. Also as mentioned in the video, clutch or center diff checked out and wasnt allowing me to further put the power down. It revs to 10k and will make more power up top. P.S. the turbo is already in boost ( not full) at 5500rpms
