Thank you so much for explaining the VA Disability Claims Process! This is incredibly helpful for my military retirement planning.

The State VA Accredited Veteran Service Officers (VFW, American Legion, DAV etc) can help all veterans out with filing claims and getting information and records. They are also free of charge.

Claim submitted a year ago. Did my C&P exams in October '19. Last change was 5-6 months ago. Been in "499" waiting on service treatment records. Does this normally take 5-6 months? I don't understand how.

Lost records...appeal.....remand....deferral...2 FOIAs.....6 C&P/2 DBQ and 7 years later many of my claims were just sitting there....called the White House Veterans hotline and now I'm getting a partial award for those claims that are complete......All the missing medical records that the VA could not find, I found in my C/File ....this happened twice. I could not find anyone to represent me....I've been on SSDI this whole time and I have finally received 10% 10% 20% and 70%....don't know how to file TDIU

I've got right and left "hip strain" deferred by VA. What does that mean and what should I expect or do?
@dretseljohnson80414 жыл бұрын
@@1kenpachi210 I had the similar situation before like what you have with the left and right hip. It was also deferred but most of the time when the VA have to defer something I was seeing and I knew I had to do a little bit more on my claim because most of the time they will come back with not service-related or claim denied. I went and got fresh x-rays and also the diagnosis of my x-rays was well explained and also I got a letter from a certified orthopedic. I was granted 20% for the left hip and 30% for the right hip. I hope this helps and don't stop fighting👍

The VA requested my disability medical records from the SSA. I have never filed for disability with the SSA. What is the reason the VA would do that? I did apply for IU and currently rated at 90%.

Since Covid-19 has shut the court down here in Mississippi they want to do a Virtual with an Administrative Law Judge from Washington DC September 24,2020 .I look at your Videoes and I got it all down pack but I have to play The Military Mind game to get to where I need to be I had to do this to get Military Record ,Medical Record Now my Father said the Military mind game is that you go in having as much information as can and I got it So now pretense that did not get my email ,my email showed up as not delivered that was what I was told but 2 people sent email to Tablet then I sent myself an email from computer and tablet got it I will deal with this in the morning My Father was a WW2 Veteran 5 Bronze Stars,1 Silver WW2 Victory Medal,Combat Medal 2 Presidential Citation for the Philippines ext. My father said "They promise us these benefits if live to come home from war ,but when need the benefits we have to fight another way to get the benefits we need and deserve it's sad to say but I'm well trained to know whats true and not true what to do what not to do and let me know they are jerking me around but when I do so with respect and dignity and honor with them they just relax and go on and do what I know they suppose to do because they know they are not and cannot foil me on nothing,but if you do not know the process (or the game ) as my father called it and can get away with giving you nothing that's there goal if they can get away with it That not right that they do that ,but I was raised by a US Negro Navy Officer so I'm up for the fight until I close my eyes in death I'm not a give up person I psrsevre,I endure,I stay the course I'm already knowing they do not want to have to come off no money for or to me I'm more skilled and focused and have back up legal lawful plans I think they are more afraid because I'm representing myself but I'm calm cool and collected but my determination is to be looking in a VA Admistration Law Judge Virtual 9:30 am September 24 I respect and give honor to all Governmental Agency ,but you have to know deep specific things and they know you know because they know when you have outplayed them in the Military Mind game as my Father called it You all have a beautiful Channel for Veterans to let know what to do so hopefully they will be Awarded Service Disconnected
