CCK, looked at my DIC claim, and recommended DAV...They excepted my case Feb. 2018, with in 4 months my claim was almost complete. The following Dec. 2019, the va finally approved my benefits...I’m grateful to CCK, and extremely grateful for the work DAV. I’m happy I didn’t have to pay a lawyer, I got to keep my lump sum.

Please protect veterans from those that have animosity that put opinions in veterans' records that are misleading and false facts hurting veterans that are not the truth. Too much of this type of harm has occurred in the past. Plus, others were able to get information from our records that should not have been allowed to use against veterans, but then veterans have a hard time obtaining their own records. I appreciate the improvement, thank you.

You are aware that you not only have on right to access your Records, but also to disagree, change, and even leave notes that explain Your Side if the Provider Refuses to Correct, through HIPAA?

i was disappointed not to hear anything about Gulf War illness. i was hoping there would be legislation on claims for Veterans suffering with debilitating symptoms. i also wish the VA would have mandatory education for providers dealing with pt's who have been exposed to environmental hazards, such as sarin gas, and other nerve agents, as well as vaccines and burn pits. this illness has become all to real as guys in my unit i served with are dying at an alarming rate at early ages. i wish your firm could relay this to legislators and lawmakers to help us Gulf War vets get the compensation and proper healthcare we deserve without having to have a law degree and a 160 IQ to figure out the bureaucratic maze that presently is in place. CCK is a beacon of light to all Veterans, please help us have the peace and liberty we all fought for every American to enjoy. we need more advocates to expose Khamiyasia and vaccines as well as burn pits. once they understand our exposure, they will believe that our symptoms are not all mental, that we indeed were telling the truth. Thank you CCK for all you do!!! in 2018 your firm won my case that was an appeal from 2009. Thank you!!!

VA/DoD Electronic System of Records Changes have been MANDATED as far back as 2008, 2011, and 2013. Currently there is Systemic Violation of PA/HIPPA/HITECH ACT and Regulations from gotrelating to Timeliness and Form/Format--as explained in HHS's FAQ detailed examples, FAQ, including the RIGHT to have these records emailed to unsecured accounts such as gmail.

Yes, you qualify but it's not a guarantee that you'll get approved. Go to Veteran Benefits Network (VBN) to get plenty of advice. It's like Facebook for Veterans. Please check that out.

Yes, but the easiest and most definite approval will come when you hire a Lawyer. The Days Of "Do it yourself " with SS and V.A. Comp. have been over for almost 20yrs. If you already are getting 100% for Service Connection then it makes it that much easier to get the SSDI and Vice Versa. If a Lawyer with a proven track record in V.A. Compensation represents you then your chances Of winning are greatly increased.They know ALL of the right evidence to submit as opposed to the Veteran simply going Pro per. It's Better to get 25% of something rather than 100% of nothing!!
