Thanks for introducing me to this fantastic character, Kaushal Inamdar. If i got your name correctly, Aryan, you are very young to appreciate music. I am naive in music at late in 50 however i had a good listening since birth. My dad played AIR first thing in the morning, hear i listened to Abhangwani, then growing in 70 and 80 heard Kishore kumar. 80 - 90 influence of Rock and Jazz. My 2 x Daughters have been learning to play piano and have one at home, very soon i will start learning to play it too. Aryan, you are close to a millennial, Punjabi food and music has been introduced globally since 2000, rock and punjabi music is very easy to hear, Clubbing or Pubbing called in India was introduced globally hence Kaushal mentioned about being in the song played at the pub . Going forward you will find classical Indian music introduced in Jazz format, thanks to Metaverse. Are civilisation has been saved due to music, Abhangwani, Kirtans etc relieved hindus back to their religion in the medieval times. The maratha and sardars, ripped thru the mughals listening to these abhangwanis and kirtans.

You must also do a Vaad Samvaad with Sanjeevani Bhelande ji as well...She is an ace at classical as well as film music (also happens to be the first winner of Sa Re Ga Ma)...Her analytical presentation of the nuanced differences in the compositions of music directors, the thoughtfulness of lyric writers and the melodic addition by singers helps the listeners understand and appreciate the hindustani/film music a lot better - making the experience of listening to music a lot more engaging and joyful. Permutations of 12 notes could be infinity as repeats are allowed along with empty space. Every type of art has their audience, difference is most visible and consumed art is treated as only art form available. We are lucky that we have lot of sources of art and we have audience for each one of them. People listen to classical pop western Indi folk so the time given to single form is reduced.
