Adrian Johnson 5 had some pretty bad villains. They didn’t interact with the character, npcs or even the world that much. You only get small bits of info about them three times a game. They didn’t take the time to really build the characters like vaas and it honestly caused them to suck

Vaas is, without a doubt, the BEST villain in any story EVER. He is insane in a good kind of way even better than the Joker in my opinion. I just wish Ubisoft could've done more with him.
