Being cousins related by twins makes you genetically similar as half siblings. But being cousins by double twins makes you similar as full siblings. And if those cousins have kids with twins as well, they'd be 2nd cousins but similar as half siblings? I think as long as their's twins involved their kids will always be at least half siblings genetically.. imma play with this in the sims
