This would be a great place to set up a business to teach foreigners, overseas business people, locals and other Japanese citizens - Japanese etiquette, Ikebana, Tea ceremony, Bonsai, Language, Social Skills, Calligraphy, Kimono, the list goes on! You could have classes set up as 3 day courses, 1 week courses, Online courses, month long courses so as to fully immerse yourself within the Japanese culture. You could also create your own merch based around the business model of the house. SO MUCH POTENTIAL!!!! You could even look at overseas schools hiring the house out and teaching them Japanese etiquette, Art, Language, Bonsai, the local neighbourhood and History!!!! The House is a Treasure in that neighbourhood and could be potentially be a source of income that could benefit the neighbourhood and make it a destination for people to explore, to set up other businesses that could compliment the business model of the House. The other thing I would do is use the Storage area as a coffee and cake cafe. You have a seperate entrance and toilets are contained in that area and all you have to do is cordon off the rest off the house to that area and add windows up the top (aestheically in keeping with the design of the house) so as people could get a view of the area and have a coffee. Planting cherry Blossoms trees also around that area would add to the vibe as well. Just a thought!!!! The House Is a Treasure Trove of Beauty!!!

Why does the word "coffee" come up to you who are thinking of having them experience and learn the tea ceremony? I think it's because I think it's only for profit purposes.
I was fascinated to see this house, okay I decided I will marry a Japanese and contact you to buy a house 😅, because a foreigner like me is only allowed to stay in Japan for 15 Days, sad 😾 because of the tourist visa I used and had to arrange several times to stay longer, I have to marry a Japanese woman so I can stay longer! ಠಿ_ಠಿ
