Hi I just came back Antalya on Monday.Was a family holiday , with my wife and 5 yrs old daughter. We had a wonderful time. Everyone was so polite and friendly. But I must say don't use Uber taxi. As they changed the prices once quoted. Only use Yellow taxis. The weather was very 🌞38+ Degrees and can be difficult walking around especially with a toddler. Who wants Burger king or McDonald's. Lol.. We visited the çarşamba pazarı Antalya. All fake goods , but excellent quality. Example. Armani T shirt or Gucci 60 - 150 Lira. Nike Trainers 700 L £21.00 👍 Your video blogs have been very interesting . Already booked for next year . This time in May 2024. Thanks 👍

Gald you liked it! It is impossible to swim in Dec and Jan as I mentioned in the video, since it is very cold and rainy. There are almost no Christmas celebrations and vibes in Türkiye. You can find sometimes some New Year markets similar to christmas markets. They celebrate New Year. Celebrations will be in 5-star hotels mostly.

Hi, thank you! December is not a good season where it might be raining and cold. I recommend Antalya for family beach and resort destination, but I am not aware of indoor pools. Sure, some hotels might have indoor pools. If you are coming, make it to Antalya city center. Belek, Kemer and Side will be empty at this time of the year.

I am thinking of going to these dates as well. I don't know if Izmir is a better option than Antalya. I just came back from Istanbul for my second time this year. I stayed alone for over 22 days. I loved it. This time, I want to bring the whole family to the beach or something like that. I like the Land of Legends Theme Park but not the prices .

I visited Greece and Turkey for the first time in 2021. I swimmed in the Aegean Sea in Greece, and the water was lovely. Istanbul was cold and raining. Kapadokya, too. So all depends. But you might give it a try. For Turks might be cold the water but for tourist might not be.

I stayed in Istanbul for over 22 days alone and just arrived back home to America. Just stay away from gatherings related to Palestinians and Israelis, and you should be fine. Istanbul had gatherings for Palestinians on the European side. Asia side didn't have. For your safety, keep checking your country's consulate recommendations, and you will be fine. Some Turks are Pro Palestinians, and they will tell you how much they hate Israel. Other Turks don't pick sides. You will be fine as long you use common sense. You're a tourist, so make sure to follow Turkey' laws and your country's consulate recommendations. I didn't have any issues. Except, I met a few Turks who told me how much they hated Israelis, but I told them I didn't care. It is their opinions and I didn't come to Turkey for that. They respected and end of talk.
