@@sorchx I was always taller than average when I was growing up, and honestly, I just felt incredibly uncomfortable in my own skin and very self conscious. Now, I’m still taller than a lot of women, but not exceptionally tall (5ft 6) and I don’t think I’d want to be any taller. Trust me, the grass is always greener! We all want what we don’t have.

To be honest I'm hospitalised now in a psychiatric class because l have been going through and still hard things in my life and l suffer from severe anxiety. @@emilyzohar3912 get anxiety pills, that is what I needed, I had lot's of it from being used and abused in all aspects, pray to Jeh God and exercise, it will give you what you need, do it ea day, start slow but keep it up, at times I do it several times a day...take warm baths and watch positive things to make you lol, Americas funny videos...stay strong..

If you really want help with the split ends the only one that will actually repair the damage and work is the K18 treatment. I have super long and thick hair that got really damaged by bleaching and I have now used that treatment after shower for almost three months. First 6-8 times aftet every wash and then every other time and there is literally maybe couple of pieces of bad hair left. It really does work and is worth the price. Plus adding some oil every now and then and that's all. ☺️
