Hi Deidre love watching your videos and you have given me confidence in myself again. One thing l would like to ask is what bra do you wear? I am a 38d and my bust is quite heavy. I noticed that when you wear strappy dresses and tops your bust is lifted and well covered. I always avoid these kind of outfits cos my breast hangs low. I am also short 5ft 1. I hope l haven't said anything inappropriate. I am desperate to find a good fitting bra. I live in Australia and l am disappointed to say that when l go to buy a bra there is no help to get measured properly. Do you recommend a bra brand. They support really well and there's a large range of types. I'm not sure if they are available in Australia, but definitely worth it if they are. XX

Could you recommend a month in Greece that is comfortably warm? I struggle with extremes of heat now, never used to to! We've been to a couple of Greek Islands but only for a day visit from a cruise! Hi Deb. Thanks so much for your lovely comments. I would recommend going in May if you don’t want it too hot. We came here for a week in mid-May and it was 23-24 degrees. It got chilly at night and you needed a jacket. That temperature may suit you. Xx
