Ii appreciate you filming it over here on your second channel. I missed JD, because he is pretty funny the more i see him picking up your sense of humor, but he has learned so much. He is lucky to have you around, i feel bad for the boy's over at VGG, because Derek has such a buisy schedule, they don't see him like they did when he first started you tube. Family is the most important thing, and when you get old like me, and your family has mostly passed on, you really miss them. G-d bless, looking forward to the wrenching.

Around 10:50 that motel reminded me of some that my family stayed at during vacations in the 70’s while traveling from Ontario to Manitoba through the US, the restaurant just prior to the motel was also a great reminder of those we visited. Travel in a time when life was less hurried and the journey was as much fun as the destination. Although I do remember a few times hearing ‘are we there yet?’ Glad you two could take this trip and relax and enjoy yourselves. Traveling the backroads and visiting small towns is the best. Dalton, im from Tucson. When I was a little kid (late 80's early 90's) my mom would take me to the Triple T to get 8 tracks and breakfast. They had a section for used 8 tracks for old cabovers. I picked up a bunch of weird Elvis and Hank Jr/Jerry Reed type stuff for like 50 cents a cartridge. I had one of those all-in-one Sears Record/8Track/Radio stereos youd see back in the 70's.

I love road trip videos. It's my favorite part of most of the revival videos too. The Tahoe doesn't hit the same as a clapped out Pontiac with no floors, half the brakes, questionable lights and no heat/cooling. But hitting the b roads and seeing cool stuff and mom and pop food makes for great content. Also consider Canada for a revival. It sounds far fetched but the US dollar is at big highs against the northern peso and Alberta (north of Montana) has a dry climate and no sales tax on used cars. There is a place there called "Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump" That would make great content.
@fgialcgorge7392Ай бұрын
That was awesome. Looked like a great time. If I could tell you a couple things for safety when you're out west in those areas though, put your sunglasses on the back of your head or hat and keep your eyes up for cougars(not the divorced 40 year old kind), I have to do that everyday where I live. Also, really watch your step because a lot of rattlesnakes do not rattle at all anymore. They've been rounded up or just killed so much that most of the ones that survived and reproduced didn't rattle and passed that on, so you can step right on one with no idea it was there. Can't wait to see the wild horse.
