Other people can’t dictate how you’re supposed to live, to each their own timeline (the are exceptions, like parents and stuff, but don’t believe your supposed to live a certain way, you do you! For instance, I don’t drink alcoh0l and most young people do, so what. People have different interests, you gotta find people who have similar ones ^^

Listening to this song will forever remind me about how I used to listen to this song and anticipate every word while riding my bike to school, I was severely depressed and I went to a highschool none of my childhood friends went, there was no bus to the school from the neighborhood my mom lived in. Most days I would bike 4 miles to school before the sunrise. In the winter, the sleet would slow me down; I would be out there for an hour or so and I would time my pedaling to the beats of the songs that I listened to. I loved this song especially, it made me feel like the writer knew exactly what I went through, I felt like I had no control in my own life.

¿Es confuso verdad? sin embargo sabes perfectamente cuando estas mal todo en tu cuerpo física y mentalmente te lo hacer saber... te notas flojo con pensamiento fatalistas esa sensación de que está todo perdido de que ya nada volverá a ser como antes te torturas recordando una vivencia pasada aleatoria que en aquel entonces ni siquiera parecía un buen momento pero comparado a cómo te sientes ahora podría incluso decirse que.. fuiste feliz sin saberlo.

cantar esta canción y ver el vídeo-clip me hacen pensar en que si de verdad estoy aprovechando bien mi adolescencia. me faltan pocos años para ser un adulto y eso me aterra bastante. cada vez que sufro o paso malas experiencias siempre me digo "para ser feliz hay que primero sufrir", pero ya me harta. es tonto, lo sé, he pasado por tantos malos amores que el último me dejó una gran marca. se me hace imposible olvidarla pese a que haya quemado varias cosas que me recordaban a nosotros. ahora estoy empezando a tener nuevos amigos y mi soledad va cayendo de a poco, pero me es imposible pensar en ella, pensar en que si está bien, es feliz, me extrañará y cosas así. cuando dejamos de hablar, me quedé totalmente paralizado; todo lo que alguna vez me hizo feliz y sentir un inmenso amor se me fue de las manos. no salgo casi nunca de casa porque he tenido un cambio repentino de región, y me asusta adentrarme a lo desconocido, pero sé que puedo hallar una solución. me esforzaré en eso. ah, y Morena, si estás leyendo esto quiero que sepas que si algún día tomás la decisión de hablarme, te voy a esperar, pero me voy a enfocar en pasarla bien con nueva gente, aprovechar cada segundo y cada salida con ellos. hasta entonces, acá estaré, como te lo prometí, con los brazos bien abiertos esperando tu llegada.

Tranquilo guerrero, yo tambien estoy pasando por algo similar sabes? Estoy llegando a los 20 y pase por muy buenos momentos y malos también, el error está cuando decides depender emocionalmente de una persona, pq se lleva consigo todo lo que temporalmente t hizo sentir y eso te destroza cada vez que lo recuerdas, pero no es así bro, solo concentrate en ti y toma tiempo para ti, en intentar cosas nuevas, no desperdicies la juventud pq solo hay una:)❤

Aun recuerdo, cuando cai muy mal, la depresión me agarró de la manera mas fea posible, nada me causaba placer, no podia dormir, sobrepensaba las cosas, senti que nunca saldria de esto, pero no me rendi, luchaba cada día por poder salir, si moría sería luchando hasta el final, pensar que casi abandono mi carrera, pero tuve que sacar las fuerzas de donde no las habia, empeze a hacer deporte y tomar mis medicamentos, gracias a Dios y mi familia pude salir de esto, ahora estoy aqui me siento mejor, trabajo en lo que me gusta, y aunque aun queden secuelas, puedo seguir adelante y animar a quienes me necesiten. A todos los que pasan por este dolor, fuerzas que si se puede salir de esto...
