Before you take the vaccine you must follow these four things i talk about in this video. So before you go to vaccination center, do not forget to eat nicely and drink a lot of water.
So before getting the covid 19 vaccine, make sure you are healthy and not having covid symptoms. If you are having covid 19 symptoms, you must avoid covid 19 vaccine.

You need to keep in mind that vaccine forms antibodies so, you need to provide the raw material for that as antibody is a large protein.
Before getting the vaccine, do not drink alcohol. Stop taking alcohol 3 to 4 days in advance.
So these four things i mentioned in this video, you need to keep them in mind and follow them if you are planning to get vaccine.
Vaccine lene se pehle kya kare?
Agar aapki vaccine ki appointment kal ki hai toh aap aaj raat hi ache se dinner kare jisme enough fibers, protein and healthy fat hona chahiye. Aue jyada se jyada paani piye, hydrated rehna chahiye.
Aapko vaccine se pehle protein rich diet khani chahiye, uske liye aap kisi bhi sourse se protein le sakte hai.
Oily, fried and fast food nhi khana chaiye vaccine lagane se pehle.
Vaccine se 3 ya 4 din pehle aapko sharab peena band kar dena chahiye.
Aapko vaccine lene se pehle vaccine ke side effect pata hone chahiye, jaise ki mild fever, bodyache, joint pains and local site par pain.
Vaccine ke baad kya khana chahiye, iske baare me hum agli video me baat karenge.
