Thanks for the vid . I have the exact vac even green! I have white bags like you used but also some huge nilfisk brown paper bags but seen way to big. I was given this vac hence why I’m looking at this video. Thanks again as I didn’t even know there was a rear filter!

I do have a miele with a HEPA filter. I only use it n the weekends, then how often should it hangs it? Is it ok to use the HEPA filter and air clean filter at the same time? I do that.

I have power allergy vacuum cleaner. There is a sponge next to hepa filter. It looks dirty. Can I wash it myself?

i'm so confused. where's all the dust going? my previous vaccum had no bag, i could see where all the dust was and just opened it and emptied it, and it was a lot of dust each time. now when i open this one, there's only a small amount of dust in the bag? i know the vacccuum is working and picking up plenty. where's it all going? oh and the bag is impossible to empty regardless.. i have to buy new bags everytime? what a rip off.

I would say that generally you should replace the exhaust filter that you can easily remove once a year, more if you vacuum frequently.

Hi There, I think you are talking about a sound dampening filter and no I would leave it. If you can easily remove it using an air compressor to give it a clean would be a good idea.

You are not actually meant to use the HEPA filter and the Air Clean Filter at teh same time. I am guessing using the air clean filter pad at the same would affect the seal that the HEPA filter should be making with teh body of the vacuum. I could be wrong on this but my initial thought is that it would make the HEPA filter last longer but make the overall filtration of the vacuum less effective.
