In my machine the clean water is not coming out. I clean the filter but still do not work. Please help me.

We're having trouble getting the solution (not the solenoid) to dispense. It's in the hose but not dispensing. Can't figure it out.

Remove pad and clean. Yep that's what I'm trying to do if you could just tell me how to do that....

I don’t know if you have figured it out by now but when you park the machine (tilted back) you twist it one direction then twist it the other way and it should come off.

Lol yes I finally did but thank you anyways. Getting the damn thing to STAY on is almost harder but they just rehired a service so it's not my problem anymore!
