very nice recipe Archana. However the vada pav we get in Mumbai has a thicker outer layer so you have to make your batter thicker. Also the garlic, ginger and green chillies need to be ground coarsely. You will never bite them in the vada. Also meetha chutney should be more dilute than what you have made. But great effort all in all :-)
