Idea: You are a shape-shifter, who can transform into any life-form, sent by aliens to gather intel on a planet called 'Earth'. No one knows about your abilities, and anyone who finds out mysteriously disappears. Your job is to infiltrate some sort of agency, such as Securo Serve, or the Military to gain data from one of the important high ranks. If you can manage to do this successfully, without being caught, you will be taken back home. However, if you fail to complete the mission, or become compromised in any way, you will be killed, to hide the alien's identity. Note: To balance this out a bit, you can only shape-shift into someone that you have seen recently in-game. You also start in a normal civ's character.
