This was very helpful since I am getting into a project that seems to increase in complexity the more my partner and I think about it. Based on this video I just had the idea instead of only focusing on the user's problems also to try and understand the engineers' / devs' problem with the product we are trying to improve. So far we were only thinking of how to give the user the best experience. But what if there is something that will help the devs and the users at the same time and make improving the app easier in the future while also increase usability?
