The Vagineer is not in fact an individual species, but however an Engineer infected with a parasite called 'Vagineerus Hamulus'. This parasite causes haemoglobin to become white, causes cannibalistic urges, mutates the hosts mouth and in some cases swells the head. However, the parasite is fairly sensitive to sound, and loud, constant sound (such as the guitar shown in the video) may disable the parasite and heal the host, unless the parasite is reawakened by hard blows to the infected area.
