P.s. : there might be other providers - pelvic floor physio or gynos who are handling vaginismus. In the last 5 years of my time on instagram and receiving thousands of dms from Indian women, no one has mentioned any provider other than Dr Taru who has helped them. And I have also got hundreds of feedbacks from girls who's docs who dismissed the issue, suggested surgery (yeah really), was judgemental etc. Thus i took liberty only to mention someone i trust in the video.
