I have been watching VahRehVah for four years now but this is the first recipe I've tried making. Here in New Zealand we can't usually buy fresh small fish like pomfret so I used large fish fillets (Tarakihi) and they did fall apart a bit but it was still delicious. Especially the green and street-vendor style ones, and the texture from the sooji is awesome. Really excellent set of recipes and I may have a go at it again using frozen imported pomfret...
