I am training martial arts for about 5-6 years, and I always exercised in my home alone. I was using basic calisthenics to strenghen my body. After discovering your channel, I stopped doing basic stuff and I implied indian clubs and animal movement. The results were extremely different. Because of you, I became extremely strong on my age (I'm 15 years old), and I have won my first martial arts competition - amatour championship of my country. I'm really gratefull for your work, you are not only making us stronger, but you are changing our entire lifes. Thank You!!!

Pushups on fingers target your forearm and hands in a very effective way. By the way in Shaolin they are doing these kind of pushups in very high repetitions like 200 daily it gives you iron fingers and a very strong grip and as you know they are using their fingers as a weapon like in Tiger or Snake style etc and your friend Jiang Yu Shan having these kind of fingers.

I have a pair of 1 kg padi clubs for warming up into karlakatai yoga, a 1.5 kg pair for the yoga itself, and before I got a 2 kg (4.4 lb) pair, I was using a pair of 4 lb mini sledge hammers. I have steel pairs from 6 kg all the way up to 14 kg, yet when it comes to wood, my heaviest pair is 8 kg and they are the mudgar

That was my first thought only 3o seconds into the vid, take a pair of mini sledgehammers. You can get them with up to 5 kg and they a probably a lot cheaper.

On the one hand you talk about qi, qi-gong, naturalness, on the other hand you wear an ARTIFICIAL t-shirt entirely made of petroleum... A bit strange. Why do you have a problem with cotton, linen or the like? You take 2-3 t-shirts for training and you're done... Plain cotton t-shirts without sleeves, e.g. for €10 one from the sale, easily branded at this price.
