Carrot, capsicum, garlic. Butter or oil. Add garlic. Fry till golden. Add carrot. Heat 1 minute. Add capsicum. Cook for 45 sec in high flame. Add salt, chilli flakes, black pepper. Put it aside. White sauce:: Butter, milk, maida, chilli flakes, black pepper, oregano, salt. Add butter. Add maida. Mix. Add little little milk. Mix. Mix for over 5 minutes for smooth sauce. Add salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, jadikka grated, oregano. Add vegetables. Add cooked pasta. Serve hot. Add grated cheese.. add fresh cream.

Similar to what I fix on a regular basis but I also add cheese like parmesan, extra sharp cheedar and or mushrooms. I will even use ranch or blue cheese dressing in it for an extra kick. I have yet to hear any complaints.
