@@ezio45 in weight loss u should cut calories thats simple but in weight gain u have to eat for every two hours and u should achieve the calories u should eat for weight gain for very long period of time and it is pretty much exhausting

आपका बहुत धन्यवाद सर जी। आपने जो तरीके बताए वो पूर्ण रूप से प्राकृतिक है और इसमें किसी तरह की मिलावट होने का कोई सवाल ही नही उठता। मैने बहुत सी वीडियो देखी लेकिन सभी के सभी वीडियो में किसी न किसी दवाई को रिकमेंड किया जाता था लेकिन आपने ऐसा नही किया। आपने जो भी तरीका बताया है बहुत आसान है और जो चीजें अपनी बताई वो आराम से उपलब्ध होने वाली है। आपका जितना धन्यवाद करूँ उतना कम है। मेरा अंत मे बस एक प्रश्न है की ये नुस्खा कितने दिनों मे हमारी बॉडी मे असर करना शुरू कर देगा। कृपया बताएं? ???

Ye apki daily life diet or physical activity pr depend krta. Maine suru kiya tha 15 days Start krne k bad full day energy high rhti h Uske bad 1 month me 2 kg weight gain hua or 2nd month me 3 kg Agr diet thodi bhi proper h Bina kisi bimari ke to 2 month regular krne se apko help hogi.
