Sis how to dry foudant without oven.. what is the price of these two cakes.. how do you price your cake

Without oven means you have to do your fondant designs works a day before and store it in a air tight container so that fondant becomes dry as desired, place the fondant in your cakes just 15min or 30mins before cake delivery. We can make rainbow cakes with a minimum weight of 1.5kg since it has 6layers. and the starting price will be 1200rs. 1st cake in my video priced 1200rs and the 2nd one is a 1.5kg red velvet cake with rainbow decoration priced 1300rs Pricing of cake should be fixed according to your locality prices range. in my area red velvet priced Rs.800/kg and fondant work- Rs.50 and Tier cake Rs.50 total 1300 I'll be uploading how to price a cake in detail soon...

Pls post dominos style choco lava cake mam, I prepare choco ganache and set it for some time in fridge, make a ball and then fill in cake batter, this is coming good but just post if you have any other method for this lava cake...Tried other recipes seeing you tube but not coming perfect...

We can store cake in fridge for a maximum of 5hrs, if we keep more than that cream starts to crack because of over cooling. Plan your delivery accordingly.
