When I listen to this, my mind travels, I have visions of nature, of me moving from one place to another, of me looking in perfect physical condition. While listening, my mind was transported to the Tibet, I was meditating at a temple with a extremely cold storm. I also became lighting, fire, I imagine the space, galaxies, the sea, jungles, deserts, people and I move from places at light speed, I become freedom and is like the mantra wants to show me specific things. It also showed a dream-like girl smiling and talking to me. Then we kissed and we both became galaxies; she was bright pink and I was bright blue. I can't explain it, but only happens with this mantra, it is amazing, however it only does it while my eyes are closed.

Nhưng thật khó để giữ cho tâm trí tĩnh lặng, chú tâm nghe theo nhạc được một lúc lại bị suy nghĩ cuốn đi. Trong một lần ngồi thiền, e loé lên suy nghĩ ngồi thiền với cái bài niệm chú của chị. Kết quả là e chọn bài chú này. Lúc thiền với bài chú này, em cảm thấy cơ thể nóng lên, có dòng năng lượng mạnh mẽ trong người. Tâm trí như đọc theo từng lời chú, tuy nhiên có lúc cũng bị suy nghĩ cuốn đi và quay trở lại. E không biết e có nên tiếp túc áp dụng phương pháp này để thiền nữa hay không?! Đợi câu trả lời của chị với tình yêu và lòng biết ơn. Chúc chị sức khoẻ.
