For the not my Action Force. There are the reasons Tony mentioned and also remember GI Joe A Real American Hero was also a relaunch. Great review Tony. The figures look great. I also love how there is a mythology behind it. The toy lines we loved from the 80s all had a story behind them. When I first had kids I ran down to the toy isle to see what action figures were around and there seemed to be some magic missing. Having the mythology creates a lot of options with the comics already being done, movies, cartoons.

I have got to get into this line. I ordered Sarge almost a year and a half ago and still haven't heard anything, but now, I'm wanting the others. And at first, I was going to pass on Condor, but I have a brilliant idea. At least to my warped mind. In the very very beginning the 'Joe's' were supposed to be led by Sgt. Nick Fury, the son of Col. Fury of SHIELD. Well, why not use Condor as Sgt. Fury, setting up massive hate for Duke! The, 'This was supposed to be MY team!' And it would split the Joe's right down the middle! The Action Force, along with Sarge and maybe Storm Shadow on one side, the Joe's on the other. Almost like a Stallone vs. Arnold rivalry!

I normally never like such highly articlated figures; the seperation of parts always stands out too me too much. But, gotta say, good job making the lines blend in so well. PS: I love that older action force soldier with the tall hat and red coat. Growing up never had one, but always wanted one. It's THE classic toy soldier shown in every Christmas show and comic (and whenever depicting toys) since before i was even born. They'd have made a mint off of them in the US.

Tony, I've been a fan of your channel for a while and enjoyed your content and reviews. Also been seeing the chatter about Valaverse for a long while but didn't give it much thought. I collect 6" SW Black Series, MOTU Origins, Classics, and other 6&7" figures from Neca, Marvel Legends, McFarlane, etc. I grew up a huge GI Joe fan as my brothers and I got all the 1982 line when they launched and collected into the late 80s. As an adult collector I chose not to get back 3.75" figures and focus on the larger scales, and not to jump back into GI Joe. I have seen the Hasbro Classified and Super 7 lines, but just too many lines to collect and display. However, after watching this review today I went and ordered everything in Valaverse Series 1, 2 and 3! And I got a couple of the Wasp soldiers on the way too. I'm all in, these look fantastic and I can't wait to get them in hand. And how awesome is the Desert Rat figure! Clearing up a couple shelves for them now. By the way, where can I find some of those awesome accessories and vehicles you have in the background?

Thanks man. The accessories are from the Coleco Rambo line from the 1980s, the tent is vintage Palitoy Action Man and the HUMVEE is an expensive $650 Radio Controlled model from China.

@@AnalogToys I had some Rambo toys in the 80s I remember the ones that were in the MOTU style. I've had some good luck on Aliexpress with the China toys so I'll see what might be available. Also have a great vintage toy shop here in town and they likely have some great vintage stuff that would look great on the shelf next to my new Action Force figs! Looking forward to your reviews of the later waves.
