Making a neck knife from opinel
I love opinels, who doesn't? So I decided to make a neck knife from one of these. A leather sheat and some carving on the handle to personalize it and there you go... I hope you like it :)

It's great to see a knife that is very good in standard form..... then watch as it's refined, has detailing added, gets treated well, has that "handiness" added.....then that"standard" knife becomes your "favourite" knife. very nice job, love the mod and especially the banding work on the handle with the pop of color. I do a lot of Turquoise inlay work on different things, and love this color. Great job on the sheath also.

Very cool set up. I’ve made a couple of sheaths for my Opinels too. Not quite as fancy as yours but they work. They’re nice and light to wear.😊

Sir .. about 3 years ago I bought an opinel cant remember what number.. every after use I wash it with dishwashing liquid ..its hard to fold it after washing..its seems stuck. Please help me what to do..thanks very much
