Hey Andrew! Very relaxing video. And you did a thorough job riding thru that neighborhood and showing the different parts. I've been curious what some of the other cities look like in Georgia as I live here too.

Jacksonville is actually one of the least dense cities in the US. It encompasses all of Duval county with a whopping land area of 900sq miles. It has more of a mid size feel, that’s why metro area is a more accurate measure of size, growth etc Similarly Miami is only 30 square miles city proper but is a top ten metro like Atlanta, both with populations under 600k(city limit) but 6 million plus metropolitan.
