Valentine Cards With Foam Stamps & POSCA Paint Pens - easy & fun!

When I was in Sacramento a couple of weeks ago Elizabeth and I decided to pull out her five heart Foam Stamps and play a bit. We ended up creating panel cards stamped with the foam designs and adding color with POSCA Paint Pens. The process is easy, the coloring is fun and relaxing, and you get to create simple cards to give to the special folks in your life.
