Looks great, I'll be trying them. Your white chocolate gets "gloopy" because it gets too cool, either microwave it for a couple of seconds when it gets to that state or nuke some hot water &set it in a "bath" &stir for a couple of seconds. White chocolate cools faster for me, too, and this takes care of the problem.
