YES! I adopted a German Shepard 6 years ago and is still the best decision O ever made! There are many cases of abuse when it comes to breeding, they only care about the money and usually explore the animals a lot!

Of course, I understand you are expanding your business and you are so deserving of the success and growth but personally the vlogs feel so impersonal now and not as fun to watch. Fun fact (maybe not so much): I read comments before watching a video to get an idea of what is in the video. I read quite a few comments of people not liking click bait titles, which I agree. People don’t like this style of vlogs, they missed the older Valeria vlogs where Emma & Valeria recorded etc. Unfortunately you’re not going to please everyone. Yes, I miss Emma but I like Aashish vlogging too. The fact is Valerias brand/company has grown SO MUCH in the last twoish years or so. With that their lives are changing and she/her family have evolved. I personally liked Gary’s behind the scenes of looking for office space and letting us know what is going on with the staff. We’re not always going to get Valeria vlogging or a full video of the kids, because that is not her reality. Just my personal opinion 😊❤️🙏🏻

Penny Lane!! How can you say that about her? Most of us here have followed her through her journey on KZbin, you should be glad for her that’s she’s gotten to where she is. That energy is not needed here, take sometime to yourself. It’s fun to watch Valeria’s life, and it’s nice that she’s let us in. Her videos have changed yes, but that seems in part because of the fact that she is busy with new projects and needs others to assist in certain aspects of life. Filming/editing is a full time job in itself. Let alone doing Instagram & tiktok too.. plus jewelry line plus 3 kids.. plus whatever else she has going on in life. It seems like a busy life.

Regarding the office... I’m a commercial broker and what we have done to curb the uncertainty of carona virus is negotiate with landlords to add a clause to the lease that they will abate the rent in the event you are unable to use the space due to the pandemic. Essentially you won’t have to pay rent if their are closures in the future. Obviously their willingness to agree to these terms are based on lease negotiations but I hope this helps.
