The Valerie is listed as a 'medium' wig on the Godiva site when, to me, it looks more like a short wig. If I would have seen your video about Valerie first, I would have ordered her instead of the Cristie which seems a bit too 'full' for me. Thank you for producing these very helpful videos!

I love the Darma you are wearing. I’m assuming you trimmed it, as it looks nothing like the one I bought, unfortunately. And Valerie is at the top of my most loved list.

Hi Annie! I didn't trim/cut Darma at all. It's the way she came on me. The reason it might look like I did is because my anatomical measurements might be larger than yours, therefore making the wig appear smaller on me vs. you. Anatomy jaw length, face length, neck length, etc) has a lot to do with how these girls look on us. That's why trying on a wig to compare what it looks like on you vs. the models online or in a catalog. Makes a HUGE difference!!! Have you measured yourself and compared it to my measurements? I've posted all my measurements in the Description Box under the video on KZbin, so measure yourself and compare! Let's see what the difference is!!! Thank you so much for watching and sharing!! In comparing the pic with Danielle & ur review, it looks like GSW might be listening to our "too much hair" complaints, and directing the wig maker to use less hair--- wouldn't it be nice? This particular Valerie is adorable-- not boxy or wiggy at all. If I looked good in pixies, I'd RUN to get this one now! 😊

Hi. Do you know of any other wigs that match the color of Godiva's Moonlight? They only have 2 styles for that color; more options would be nice. But it is impossible to tell from a computer screen what other brand of wig matches the color. thanks.

Hi Julia! Moonlight is definitely a unique color--almost white but lightly kissed throughout with very few black fibers. It's so pretty. I've looked at Raquel Welch's Silver Mist 51/60 and it's close, but is ever so slightly warmer than moonlight. Worn separately, it is likely not to be noticed. I might think also that Paula Young's Angel's Wing 56/60 (non-rooted) might come close, but I don't have a sample of it here with me now, so I can't compare side-by-side. But that might be close as well. I'm sorry I'm not much more help than that. You'll just have to plan to purchase and return if it doesn't look right to you. Good luck with your hunt!!! Saw that the large cap comes in Smokey-frost-h...but there was no pic of it, is that the same as their Smokey frost or is it different?

why is it wig reviewers would not say what texture the hair is or how the fibers feel like real hair or not

Hi Angie! You know, I don't think we leave that feature off on purpose--I think that we feel that the fibers on the wigs we choose to review already feel nice, But we WILL notice it when they aren't and that's when we will say something about the fibers. (You'll notice in my videos I always talk about how the heat friendly fibers feel soooooo nice!). What I have found to be the most telling when it comes to fibers is that most all fibers begin feeling nice. The difference comes with how they wear and how much time it takes for them to break down, which begins with the quality of the fibers, but also relies so much on how the wig is cared for.
