@@Charlyaraya you would just turn the synth down :D its a too loud issue rather than the opposite which makes it easy to not be a problem

A guitarist brought one of these for a session at my studio yesterday and I had never seen one before . In a soft case, very neat pedal board without the need for the cables etc much more manageable for 😅gigging musician

I have the Indie Dapper. I think the drive and fuzz are analog and the modulation,delay and reverb are digital. Regardless it has very good sound quality and I like it alot.

I have the Dapper MDR. Only problem with it is the reverb comes on so strong. By the time you're at 9 o'clock it's too much. Same thing with my Donner RevEcho (which sounds very similar in reverb quality, which makes me think perhaps they're using the same tech). The MDR's reverb only has one knob though, so tone and decay are fixed-in-stone on that model. I wish the MDR had a three-knob reverb with more than three options for type (like the MDR's mod section has), a three-knob delay with more than three options for type, and the mod section as it is. It's like Valeton skimps on options for some section of each of their fly-rigs, so none of them end up perfect for me. MDR is pretty close, because I just wanted reverb, dly and modulation for the end of my chain, with tap tempo. What they SHOULD have is a fly rig like the MDR, for the end of the chain, a fly-rig for OD/dist/solo-boost-and/or-comp options for the middle of the chain, and a fly-rig for eq/boost/comp/pre-OD-modulation for the front of the chain (I like to put my univibe and thick phaser sounds before my ODs). Then you buy three fly rigs and hook 'em together and you have all but wah and fuzz (which are so guitar specific they should be dealt with on a one-on-one basis).

The Reverb on the MDR is just plain bad. Which is a shame, because the other effects are great. Kind of a waste.

will indie guys get one pedal that is labeled indie for them, having decisions already made for them (I know you guys like fuzz and tempo delay). A standardized indie (the sound) is not indie (the spirit) at all. And if someone that just want an "indie sound" without that indie spirit, one could easily use a digital multi effects to chain up these modules and save as a preset.

I think that ease of use beats any other multi effects setup. The price point is so low that more expectations of this rig are kind of foolish. I'm going to agree with Pedal of the Day and second that it's a rad pedal.
