Finally a review I’m looking for! Thanks for the video🙏 So in stomp mode, all 3 footswitches can be set as toggle on/off certain effects. (and even tunner/patch change by holding!!) And 3 knods, can be set to adjust 3 certain effects parameters immediately. 200JR is so useful! Change patch quickly and toggle effects like real stomp pedal chain! This is literally what Im looking for

Thanks for this review. What about simply running the unit into the front of an amp - I have a Fender Tonemaster Deluxe Reverb, no fx loop! - do you have to disengage the amp & cab & just use the effects?

Is it possible to use a Midi controller on the gp200jr in the same way as you do on the GP100 with chocolatey using MIDI((B)?

Hi! Layout, controls and menu navigation matter a lot to me, so thanks a lot for running through them in your vid! I currently use a Gp100, the stompbox mode allows me to assign more than one pedal effect per button. Does the GP200jr offer the same, or are we limited to just one effect per button? Thanks in advance :)

Hi. It can be used for bass. There are a few bass specific effects in there and a one or two amp/cab Sims there.

Nice video! I have a question, tone-wise does it sound exactly as it’s bigger brother GP200? Also, I have several Choptones packs for the GP200, will I be able to put them on the GP200jr?

Yes to both questions. You can load 15 ir (I think) and the software is the same

It sounds great. The limitation of only having one of each effect type at a time (which I also experienced with my old Boss GT-3) is a great gateway drug to buying MORE PEDALS 😂

I do miss the ability to properly gain stack, but even then it all just seems to work - so far :D

I bought one and am disappointed it does not have the facility to turn it off and just play clean through the amp also you cannot turn it off there is no switch!

coudn't you just setup your first preset as a blank, which would bypass straight to amp?
