Valheim Bloodmage Clearly Overdid it with Trolls || Ashlands PTB

Usually in siege the crew kills all the summoned trolls and I have to finish off the survivors. Not this time, though. Never had to fight my own summons before :)

Any tips on leveling up blood magic skill fast ? I feel like i need to boost my trolls a bit bc mine die to lox xD

Not dying too much is the best way :) This character was playing as a necromancer/bloodmage since the mistlands dropped and his blood magic is still in low 30'ties. Because dies too much. So, blood magic skill raises when your skeletons do damage and when any of the bubbles you created bursts. Summon as many skeletons as you can, give them all a bubble, and bring them to some intense fight. Let them do all the fighting and just manage their bubbles. People use draugr spawners for the grind, personally - I have no patience for that, but it's worth considering.

My buddy once summoned a bunch of skeletons and afk-ed near a greydwarf spawner to level up his blood magic. You want stand far enough away that your skeletons don’t walk up to the actual spawner or they’ll eventually destroy it inadvertently.

@@AegisAuras Thank you so much for the tip, i'll maybe just dig below the spawner to prevent them from destroying it and summon them below the spawner. The problem is that I'm playing on a public server and they're kicking people afk. So maybe i'll have to do something while i let the skellies do their work

@@lifeinvalheim I mean I'm not dying like much in the Ashlands x) Only died there once so far, but I die so much in the meadows and in the black forest just messing around so my blood magic skill is still at 38. Ye i'll definitely try to die less because i lose a lot of skill everytime i die. Might consider the draugr spawner too, but we have to protect the spawners too right ?

@@Ewen_71 Simplest way is to just raise the ground, so they are kind of buried a bit - this makes them indestructible for skeletons. 38 is high, mine is lower. I also tend to die more to some completely stupid stuff more so then in actual combat :)

i dont like it since they dont even increase your skill when they hit the enemy
