Valheim: How To Build A Pyramid Base

Welcome guys to a new series of base building for valheim, to start off we have this pyramid build, was inspired by ‪@AngaarUK‬ who built a pyramid in his 2022 playthrough beginners guide of Conan exiles, and I wanted to see if I could transfer the build Idea over to valheim, and this is what I came up with.

after rewatching the video carefully and doing the math (i skipped the math on what i get back in materials for knocking out the floors and walls for the stairs down to the basement and the windows so there will be some left over materials i think) the materials you'll need will be approximately 4600 stone (92 stacks) , 2100 wood (42 stacks), 200 tar and 170 iron bars. the wood is not including the amount you'd need to fuel the smelters to get your iron bars. So if you add 20 wood per 10 iron that's an additional 340 wood, or 7 stacks of wood. and that's just the exterior. none of these materials are for the interior stuff. This is gonna take me a while to farm for sure. Better get on it!

​@@ZomZeroBuilds Update: I finished all the exterior build but i skipped the detailing on the fence and some other nitpicky detailing that you do for these videos that i do not really care too much about simply cause i am in a solo world. Might put it in later though. now working on moving stuff over from my old base to this new base and getting the interior areas set up. i also added a door on the side from the basement area to a protected outdoor space where I plan to have smelters, charcoal kilns, a blast furnace. I have to figure out what to do with the Oven (for cooking) and the windmill. I think i miscalculated on the stone amount cause it sure didn't feel like 92 stacks, just know that this build does require quite a bit of stone and you go from there! Easiest to farm was probably the tar and the iron bars for the beams and windows. I cleared probably 3 or 4 crypts for the iron and i cleared and drained two tar pits. Wood I had in abundance after planting a long row of trees and cutting it all down from having so many beech seeds (Note: i play solo with x1.5 resource rate).

This looks like a perfect late game build for me. Really nice build! I've had the pleasure of being inside two of the pyramids in Giza, Egypt before they closed that down to tourists. Very nice build, good job as usual!

When i saw pyramid, i thought you'd do it in black marble. Also, did you consider a roof overhang over the balcony?

I did try a overhang but it did not look right, it took away the shape of a pyramid slightly, and access to the surrounding balcony was restricted, could be solved if the top part is raised by another 2 blocks , but more support might be needed.
