That's one rule that should be changed from the original game. I've always like as long as you were in Jail you couldn't get any rent. Do the crime pay the time as they say. It always makes a last chance effort for those last rounds when someones just dodging hotels.

The first chance he got, he traded Sykkuno for his properties, 2 for 1, which by itself is already taking advantage of Sykkuno. But what Sykkuno and everyone else weren't calculating is that as good as the railroads are, you can't build houses/hotels on them. Hotels are the key to bankrupting players.

@@promontorium The only correction about this is the fact that due to Val, Poki and Tina's stubbornness and the sheer number of players the railroads could eventually kill them if no-one else can get a monopoly. Railroads are the pro strat for a game with more than four players but you do still want to try and get at least one color set too. I've had games with like 6 people or so where railroads just shredded people's bank acounts and no-one could get a set.

I'm just gonna assume Karl won cause he was the only one in any position to actually win. corpse had all the money, Poki had all the properties people needed and only wanted extremely unfair deals, Tina was too clueless to understand what to do, and Rae was in the worst possible position. I got to participate in the Monopoly World Championship back in like 2009 or there abouts. The prize was a trip to Japan to play against the current world champion and a shopping trip or something. I know the game doesn’t finish, but Karl would’ve totally won because he was the only one who knew what he was doing. He had the best property while everyone else were doing pretty bad. Corpse didn’t have anything substantial, Poki would only make trades that would benefit her completely so nobody would take them, Sykkuno only had railroads, Tina was dumb and Rae was too petty to take an amazing deal. They just clearly hasn't played monopoly and don't know the rules, for example, at the beginning of the round, valk, tina and poki doesn't even know the terms in monopoly, indicating that they certainly did not grow up on monopoly. I guess it could be because of these people's various social background, like I grow up in eastern countries, and I have never played monopoly as a kid lol.
