This is from Valkyria Chronicles 1. Posting ***Spoiler Alert*** just in case. In Gallia, the Federation planned to kidnap Princess Cordelia in order to annex Gallia to the Federation. Jean Townshend used some of the Fedeation's Special Forces to break through the Gallian soldiers and escape. Squad 7 was tasked to stop the kidnapping. They wiped out the special forces, disabled the Federation's APC with the princess inside without destroying the vehicle and detained Townshend. Imagine what would happen if instead of the special forces, Squad E was the one tasked to do the kidnapping.

the different is that Isara got shot by "accident" they were not in fight and got ambushed, Raz were going by his free will, sacrifizing himself to safe his friends, loved ones and with his action they were able to end the war later in the imperial capital so Razs Death had a way more higher impact and meaning than Isaras...

If you look at the tanks, the Edelweiss looks like a German Panzer and the Hafen an American M1 Sherman.

I don't really fault Sega for the recast. Actors have busy schedules and getting a group together like that is extremely difficult and very expensive. If it was a full on remake of the first game or something then I would expect them to put in that effort. However for some optional DLC that's pretty much non-canon anyway I think just picking voice actors that are available is good enough.

no, IN VC 4 that happened in chapter 13 and the games 18 chapters. Even without the prince the Empire is not backing up, is the occupation of capital that makes the Ceasefire possible.

For instance, Ch 15-2, there are 3 AT Cannons that Intercept you from across the water on the west side of the map. A full Accuracy loadout can blast them from a safe distance almost 100% of the time. Accuracy order, Wind Talk, or any Accuracy boosting Potential will boost that to a 100% chance to hit anything. It's great.

@@derekferreira7292 Yeah I don't really fault Sega for not putting in more effort. DLC needs to be sold for cheaper and actors have busy schedules. Tracking down every single actor of the original and scheduling it would have been very difficult and very expensive. If they were to make a full remake of the original I think it is worth it. But for some optional DLC I think we can let this amount of corner cutting slide.
