@MrPossessed The best explanation I can think of (This is my theory) is that when Loki killed Lucian, he took Lucian's soul within him. Then when Lenneth kills Loki, she takes his soul within herself and say "Loki, I never understood what was inside your heart". I think then, Lucian is freed and he appears and say "You already do". Because what was trapped inside Loki's heart, was Lucian himself. Its a theory but, if you think about it, woudlnt it give a lot of sense to the ending?

stupido, lucian is lenneth's einherjar, so when he died by loki, lenneth still control his soul, she used her creation power to restore the world and humanity, its simple as that

Lenneth and Platina are the same soul dunno where did people get the idea that both of them are a different person, Lenneth memories when she was Platina was sealed by Odin, they're just a soul in a different body not the same body with 2 souls, also i dun get the idea how could people prefer lezard over Lucian, maybe because Lucian didnt get much of his moment in the game i guess?, Lezard is an obsessive and sadistic bastard willing to do everything just to get Lenneth even if that means by killing good people like his mentor and her husband, for people who love him, try to get someone like that in your real life as a partner and then elaborated to me how your life becoming or maybe you are the same as him a sadistic bastard.

I am guessing Valkyrie profile Silmeria, is it really a prequel? Sometimes I think so and sometimes there's things where it shows its not. ALso another thing that boggles my mind, is that Arngrim is displayed in multiple different timelines, but he is just a Human.. how was that possible.

Happy for some...but I prefer Lenneth being calm and collected rather than mushy like this :p Some feelings are fine, since she's supposed to be the kindest of the 3, but this is not ok, to me anyway. She's like Tyrael from Diablo. He's kind to humans, but he doesn't love them :p.

Matthew Bines I think this is one of those endings where the scenes right before the last battle) are meant to be part of the ending. Other games do that too- settle most loose threads before the fight, then the fight, then 1 minute of wrap-up. Though strictly from an "after final boss" standpoint, yeah this is weak. And I'm not even sure what Lucian's talking about in this scene (either version of it).

I dislike lenneth and Lucian, Lucian was supposed to be with Platina. It was said by the creaters that Lenneth and Platina are just like Silmeria and Alicia, seperate souls. Knowing this ruins this ending for me. In the end Platina lost everything.

Eh, she never had much to begin with anyway. She was a village rat about to be sold off at a very young age. She ran into a patch of poisonous flowers and died. Lucian spent more time thinking back about Platina than he'd ever actually spent with her and somehow deluded himself into thinking he was in love with her, years and years after her death. And his relationship with Lenneth was born from this delusion.

Platina and Lucian grew up together so I'd say they had a lot of time together lol. I dunno I just felt it didn't make sense. Why would Lenneth want Platina's memories anyway if they aren't the same person? Why did Freya have to wipe the memories away if they aren't the same and Lenneth wouldn't have the memories to begin with? It's a plot issue. lol

@@abelwill1227 when Lenneth was reborn (fusing with the homonculi and regained her human memories) she returned to Asgard when she was summoned and Loki started ragnarok. Lenneth confronted Freya why did they sealed off her memories as Platina and Freya said her human emotions will hinder her job as a Valkyrie. Valkyries sleep in the form of human being as said in VP Silmeria if you haven't played it. What happened with Silmeria and Alicia was an incomplete Sovereign's rite that they became 2 separate souls in 1 body.

T_T all I can think is forget Lucian! I prefer Lenneth with Lezard. I know it sounds cruel, mean, and insensitive, but Lucian just happened to be alive when Lenneth was Platina. Did anyone stop to think that without Lezard's help Lenneth would still be Odin's puppet forced to sleep when her were memories returned. If it wasn't for Lezard Lenneth wouldn't have attained the power of creation to restore the world. Yes, he's evil and sadistic, but he's also the dues ex machina of the story.
