My forebear George Carpenter/Zimmerman, died at Valley Forge, I think probably in June 1778. His son lived. I don’t know if the son was at Valley Forge. I would like to know where George would be buried and also the hospital he would have been in. I am now 80 years old so I’m in a hurry ha ha. Thank you, J. Bordine.

Interesting to notice: once the Continentals abandoned "hiding behind trees and walls" and started standing in lines and fighting like the British, they started winning.
