I used Reyna and had two games where I dropped 30 kills. However, in one of those games, we lost cause my team kinda sucked. And then I got tilted so hard, I was barely able to get 10 kills.

can you use both devour and then dismiss? First use devour on the orb and then dismiss before it's finished?

You can’t do it with one orb, but if you kill two people, you can devour on one orb and then dismiss with the other one and you will continue to heal while dismissed as long as you keep line of sight.

Sort of, if you ult when u dismiss u heal while doing so but without ult there is no way to do it with one orb you can only do it with two
