What happen when you got short in the arm. if you get shot in the shoulder, it will sever your brachial artery, which is just an extension of the aorta. You would be lucky if the paramedics get there before all your blood gushes out of your body. If the bullet hits the bone, it will shatter it and they will have to fix that. You might get pins, then you'll be able to tell when it's about to rain for the rest of your life. I guess that's a plus. There is not that much difference between various parts of your arm.
